Yes. It is a separate room with a door. You walk through the barbershop, and the treatment itself is just you and the master.

We have two addresses. Kairbekova 35A, inside the ChB barbershop in the Central Park Residence complex: laser hair removal, manicure and pedicure. Pushkina 83, inside City Barber: manicure and pedicure. Both are on Google Maps and 2GIS.

Manicure and pedicure tools are sterilised after every guest. The laser handpiece and the treatment couch are cleaned before every session.

The website and online booking work fully in English, and you can message us on WhatsApp in English. Our masters mostly speak Russian and Kazakh, so if you have detailed questions, send them on WhatsApp before your visit.

Yes. A foreign phone number works for online booking: enter it with your country code. Prices are in tenge and you pay on the spot after the treatment.

Face (forehead line, between the brows, neck and beard contour), underarms, arms, legs, chest, stomach, back, shoulders, lower back, buttocks, bikini area and scalp. Each area has its own price, from 3,000 ₸ (forehead line and between the brows) to 17,000 ₸ (full legs).

Usually 6–8, four to eight weeks apart; on the face the gap is shorter. The laser only reaches hair that is actively growing, so one session never gets all of it. Your master sets a plan at the first visit.

Most people describe it as warmth and light snapping on the skin. The bikini area and upper lip are the most sensitive. The master sets the power for your skin, and you can pause at any time.

Shave the area the day before. Skip waxing, sugaring and epilators for four weeks beforehand, because the laser needs the hair root in place. Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds for two weeks, and wash off any self-tan.

No sauna, banya, pool or scrubs for two or three days. Use SPF 50 on exposed areas for two weeks. Light redness usually fades within a few hours.

We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on inflamed or broken skin, or on a fresh tan. If you take medication that makes you sensitive to sunlight, or have a chronic skin condition, tell the master before the session.

Not well. The laser targets the pigment in the hair, so blond, red and grey hair barely respond. Dark hair gives the best results. At the first visit the master will tell you honestly whether it is worth it.

Yes, as long as the area is not tanned and you use SPF afterwards. If you just got back from the beach, wait a couple of weeks.

Yes, "Neck + beard contour" is its own area at 5,000 ₸. After the course the line stays clean on its own and you shave less.

A hardware pedicure uses rotary bits. A SMART pedicure uses a disc with replaceable abrasive pads that are thrown away after each guest. Both work well for calluses and dry skin.

A pedicure for ingrown nails, cracked heels, calluses and similar problems. It adds 2,000 ₸ to the pedicure price.

The current price list has manicure and pedicure without polish, so nails look natural. If you want polish, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.

Yes. Hardware pedicure with manicure is 17,000 ₸, SMART pedicure with manicure 19,000 ₸. That is cheaper than booking them separately.

Yes. In online booking you can add a second guest for the same time with another master.

No deposit. You pay on the spot after the treatment. If you have a coupon, enter it when booking and it is applied when you pay.
